Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted on the site was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us by submitting a written notice to our copyright agent that includes all of the following:

• A statement made under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, and telephone number
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located
